Shipping Within the UAE

Complimentary delivery may be offered on qualifying orders within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah city limits, subject to minimum order requirements.

For deliveries outside city limits or to remote areas across the UAE, applicable delivery fees will be calculated based on destination and order size.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery date and time.

Order Dispatch & Lead Times

Most in-stock items are dispatched within 4–5 business days unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Certain pieces — including made-to-order, custom-made, or pre-order items — may require extended lead times, which will be communicated clearly prior to purchase.

Selected items may be delivered and assembled by our in-house team to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately depending on product availability and production schedules.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping upon request.

For international delivery inquiries, kindly contact our customer care team for a personalized shipping quotation and estimated delivery timeline.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from shipping fees charged by Mauve General Trading LLC.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Order Processing & Business Hours

Our operating hours are:

Monday to Sunday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UAE Time)

Orders placed after 4:00 PM UAE time, on weekends, or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Deliveries are conducted during standard operating hours unless otherwise arranged.
