Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and presentation of every Mauve piece. The following policy outlines our approach to returns, exchanges, and damaged-item claims.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our collections, all purchases are considered final once delivered and accepted.

Exchange requests may be considered prior to or at the time of delivery, subject to approval and product condition. Our delivery team may assist with repackaging and collection for approved exchanges.

Once an item has been received, inspected, and signed for, it will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation — except where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, in which case the Damaged or Defective Items procedure below applies.

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Custom-made and made-to-order items
• Personalized items
• Pre-order items
• Discounted and final sale items

Any approved return, replacement, or exchange request shall be subject to review and approval by Mauve General Trading LLC in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection regulations.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted beyond 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, kindly provide:

• Clear photographs of the item showing the damage or defect
• Photographs of the original packaging
• Your order number and contact details

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable.

Product Variations & Craftsmanship

At Mauve, each collection is thoughtfully curated to celebrate timeless design, refined materials, and the character of craftsmanship. Many of our pieces are handcrafted, naturally sourced, or individually finished, making every item uniquely distinctive.

Subtle variations in texture, tone, grain, veining, finish, dimensions, or pattern are inherent to the nature of artisanal production and natural materials. These nuances are not considered imperfections, but rather part of the individuality, authenticity, and beauty of the Mauve aesthetic.

We make every effort to present our collections as accurately as possible through photography, styling, and product descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, appearance, and material characteristics may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the organic nature of the materials used.
